"Are you going to be alright?" Lostpaw asked, remaining at Brock's side, still running. "The twoleg should give up soon, Wartalon scratched it's legs up pretty badly."
"And I'll do it again if it's needed," Wartalon hissed, watching the twoleg start to slow down. He kept his claws unsheathed until it started to stop, then turned away. "Must've been pretty mad."
"I'll be fine for now. We should slow down a bit," Brock answered, slowing down to a pad. "It won't forget, Wartalon, which means you have to go around a different one of the nests to get back into the forest." He felt a sharp sting of pain jolt in his wounded shoulder. There was going to be this and the feeling of his spine that he'd have to rest up from. Even worse, he was going to have to deal with a deep shock in his shoulder for a while. I hope there is a rogue that is smart with treating wounds, the old tabby wondered, feeling the need to have to lean against Lostpaw. And Barker is going to be something troublesome now. At this rate, he won't have any allies left to help him.

Still lying on his belly, curling up with his paws tucked in close, and splitting his mouth in a huge yawn, the Dark Forest cat didn't mind when Brock, Wartalon, and Lostpaw didn't notice or answer him when he appeared. They are running away from the dogs and twoleg after all. Behind him, the twoleg bellowed something at the two dogs when they started to slam against the fences in an attempt to go after the cats. Muttering as he limped back inside the house, the twoleg came out again with two leashes. Still barking at the Dark Forest cat's direction, the dogs snarled and struggled to be free of the leash. They couldn't see the Dark Forest cat, but they could feel something evil around their backyard, their territory. At the last minute, the twoleg dragged both of the dogs into the house and shut the door behind him, only muffled barks and growls came from within now.
Black clouds swarmed in from the edge of the sky, bringing the moisture in from the direction of the forest. Soon this place would be filled with drizzles, but the gray tom took no notice of it. He stared at the closed door with his blue eyes winced. "How inpolite, these dogs. They were acting as if I smell of death." In a slow and velvet-like voice he meowed to nobody in particular, dramatically covering his closed eyes with his forelimb.
Earlier, Barker had fallen down the fences in fear when the dogs came. Getting up to paws, he really wanted to see if this day would get any better. He didn't seem to be surprised when the Dark Forest cat showed up, but he was rather more scornful about it. The sandy tom's mind raced on the purpose of the dead tom's visit. "You have your ways easy. Even if they can sense you, you cannot be killed anyway. " Grouchily he spat, licking his injured paw again in frustration.
"The rogues, the Clancats, or should I separate the DeathClan from the... Never mind. It's too much work. I will just say that nobody realize how crucial it is if the both Clans are exterminated. " Not answering Barker, the Dark Forest tom rested his chin on his paws before he faded away into a vanishing black mist. His I-can-care-less words rang against the sandy tom's ears, "And you must play your part. Do not disappoint me."
Barker almost drew his muzzle back and hissed at the empty air angrily at the preposterous idea. "Tsk! How am I supposed to? Gah, whatever. You are no help anyway. " In one heartbeat, he was already pretending to be panting hardly like he had been in a hard battle, his ears flatten and his tail twitched. Even though his injured paw wasn't as serious as those of Brock, he held it up high anyway for the sake of it. "Brock! Lostpaw! Wartalon! Thank goodness that you are alive! Whoa, those are some serious wounds!" If there was one cat who didn't look ashamed of the unloyal deeds he done earlier, it would be Barker. "But I know a particular somebody that can help you! Please, let us be friends again."

Brock snarled, starting to let go of Barker's disappearance and disloyal action. He could really care any less right now, his wounds needed to be treated. "Who is you know, Barker?" asking in a calmer tone now, he kept his glare on ahead of them. He was beginning to judge Barker's ideas towards him and the Deathclan cats. What is really going through you head, Barker, he wished he could figure out, just to show him the true extent of his wrath for once. The old tabby sighed, pulled himself off of Lostpaw's shoulder, and stopped. It was a sudden move, but he had to think of something really quick, and figure it out. "Wartalon, Lostpaw, do you use the strategies that the ancient Deathclan used?"
"You mean like our pincer or barrier walls, then yes," Wartalon answered, stopping a few paces in front of Brock. "Why is you want to know?" He looked at Lostpaw, who stopped next to him. There was a short gaze at each other before looking back at Brock.
"You trying to create some kind of plan or something?" Lostpaw asked.

"I am so, so, so sorry, Brock. Don't kill me! " Barker jerked back at Brock's snarl, keeping a forced and nervous smile on his face, his injured paw held up to block Brock's attack. However, none came. In fact, the tabby tom was actually questioning him with calmness. This is easier than I thought. Strolling down the patches of gray-looking grass, the sandy tom couldn't believe what a soft heart Brock actually was. Normal cats would rage and threaten him with words for letting them to die in this situation.
Limping by Brock's side now, Barker looked confused by hearing their conversation, Now what are they talking about? Are they trying to ignore me? They will regret if they look down on me! Quickly he barged in, deliberatly cut Wartalon and Lostpaw's word, "Oh, nobody actually. It's just somebody that I met. If you tell me where you are injured, I am sure she knows some remedies that can help you. Now, you two," He turned his head to look at the two DeathClan cats haughtily, shaking his paw in a shooing motion. "run along and see if you can find any prey for us. Remember, no rats! You better catch a rabbit." He smugly meowed at them, seeing if he could have the same luck he had with Brock.

"In a way, I am, just give me some time you two," Brock groaned, pretty much fed up with Barker's act. "Whoever she is, I want to see here at the soonest possible time. You can already see the bite wound in my shoulder, but you can't see the damage internally. Upon hitting my spine on the fence, about every nerve in my body felt like is was going into shock, so it's not an easy bit for me." He looked back at Lostpaw and Wartalon. They weren't even acknowledging Barker's command. Good then. They must know of his act, too, the old tabby grinned, knowing he made a better choice by enlisting Deathclan for help. It would become much easier to kill Barker afterwards, when he is nothing more that a liability to my plan. Even as young as they are, they are apparently very sharp in what they do. Deathclan must be doing something to keep their warriors focused on their current tasks.
"What does he take us for?" Lostpaw whispered to the black warrior. "Some kind of fools. His act in clearer than a sunny day with no clouds." She held back a laugh to keep Barker's attention away from them.
"Don't worry about it," Wartalon whispered back. "He is an Eclipseclan cat, too, so when he is no longer useful. He falls like the rest of them." He did the same as Lostpaw, and held back a laugh, trying to make sure Barker wasn't able to hear them period.

"Are you two deaf or not? Do you expect Brock and I to recover without any freshkills?" After spotting the two DeathClan cats not moving a paw at his order, Barker hissed and bared his teeth for a moment, then gave them a hard, ugly glare. Of course he was disappointed to see his words ineffective for them, but nevertheless, it also gave him opportunity to scold them for not doing anything but to watch. Or give me some time to find what tick them off. Sinisterly he thought. "Or are you telling me that you are terrified of the twolegs and the dogs you just saw earlier? I can't blame you, really, because you DeathClan cats, living isolated in the forest for so long, must had the courage of a mouse." His voice warbled scornfully like silk. Oblivious of their intentions to kill him, Barker saw himself as cat that was too important to get rid of.
They will need me. He thought, impatiently pacing around until an idea came to him. Wouldn't this be a perfect opportunity to kill Brock if they both left?

"No, it's they are pretty loyal to follow the word that their leader gave them," Brock laughed at Barker, almost compelled to let them shred off his ears right on the spot. "And their leader specifically said for them to come with to the Slums. I guess that they might just be trying to prove themselves a little more than usual." He looked back at the two Deathclan cats, giving them a small nod of agreement in their action. Then he turned to look ahead, dropping a smile on his face almost instantly. The old tabby was starting to read Barker clearer and clearer every second he was around the fool. In a way, this was becoming to easy to notice that the sandy tom was plotting his death. In the only set of thoughts he had about Barker, the idea that he was expendable was really clear enough for him. Especially when Eclipseclan was no more after Deathclan arrived.
"We ain't deaf Barker," Wartalon said to him, somewhat irritated. "You just ain't the one telling us was what we can and can't do while we're here." He looked at Lostpaw who nodded in agreement at what he said.

Barker gawked between Brock and the two DeathClan cats after hearing their replies, not believing that loyalty was something that had bonded them together. Although it was an undeniable truth that every leader would want their subjects to follow them loyally like a dog, Barker had a hard time following others. In fact, he would be the one who demanded absolute loyalty from the others if he got a chance to rule. Compared to the rogue followers that he had, the two DeathClan cats were something that he wanted. Who does he think he is? The leader? That sounds like a nice title. These two are really useful, too, in how obedient they are toward him. Half of the sandy tom was jealous at Brock, but his ambition in killing the tabby tom only burned wilder. It made him think about who they would follow if he single-pawly took Brock's life. Imagine this, an army of DeathClan cats in my command. "Tssk. You idiots are just going to let me starve while I have to lead all of you all the way to the Haunted Twolegnest that is on the other side of this Twolegplace?" Barker hissed indignantly and padded off without slowing down for the other injured cat's sake, picking the hardest route on purpose just because he didn't care. In a leap he crested up on the fences. "It is even further than the Slums!"

"They probably don't like you, or it's because they are following Viper's command." Brock knew that Deathclan's loyalty was unquestionable. Worse, he knew that their empathy was only limited to their own members. He never liked how they actually worked, and at the rate they worked, it would be possible that the clans were the only thing consumed into Deathclan's territory. If they were to dare try to end the Slums, then what would the rogues do, he wondered, having to guess what would happen when Darkclan and Eclipseclan were destroyed. After all, once those clans are gone, anyone could become their next target. I hope it's not us. The old tabby, in spite of his fear for his current home, hoped that Barker would be the only rogue that would be dead that he wanted dead. He took a deep breathe, wondering why they would have to travel to that end of the twoleg territory.
Wartalon almost wished that he could kill Barker now. He restrained from unsheathing his claws, and turning them on him. At least he would until it became clear that they would need to kill him after all of this. He nudged Lostpaw, trying to see if she had anything to say.
Lostpaw rolled her eyes, ignoring the Wartalon. She really didn't want to get involved in all of this right now. Her mind was already blank so it would be best for her to keep out.

Upon the fencepole that he crested moments ago, Barker scooped his paws, one holding up at once, so he turned around fully and faced Brock, Wartalon, and Lostpaw, who didn't even move a step to follow after him. Fools! They will learn their lesson when I become the leader of EclipseClan! He sighed impatiently, giving up on them instantly with his tail dropped lifelessly behind him. "Stop making up cat's name that I don't even know about!" Hissing irritably, the sandy tom snarled and almost fell off from the top when he leaned out. "If you two don't want to find freshkils for me, fine! Just watch your tail in your sleep! Maybe even keep an eye open!" Behind him, stark light suddenly flickered on in the twolegnest, outlining his shadow on against the opposite wall. By the translucent opening, a small twoleg waved and pointed at the cats outside. "Arrrggghhh. It's all your fault that we are trapped here, hungry and hurt. So at least find a really, really, pitch-black space for us to stay and rest." Barker, clambering over the trash bin, limped down to the ground. "You at least know where to, right?"

Like you did anything to help us, Brock thought, impatiently waiting for the sandy tom to shut up. He looked to Wartalon, knowing the apprentice that help keep him standing probably wouldn't bother moving away, no matter what was said. "Wartalon, could you please find the closest abandoned nest," he asked, though, it sounded like a demand. "If Barker wants to have time to rest, then we all should. There needs to be none of us feeling tired." The old tabby shifted his gaze on to Barker next and said, "Be careful yourself. Threatening Deathclan means you put yourself in the threat of anyone of their other clan members coming to avenge their fallen comrade." He let out a dark chuckle, hoping that Barker would provoke Deathclan to kill him. Another stab of pain rushed through his body, indicating that he needed to get help for this soon.
Wartalon nodded to Brock, then rushed away from them. He only kept his eye on the twoleg nests. His eyes would fix back to look forward, but they were mostly directed to find someplace to rest at, without the twolegs being a nuisance to them.

OOC: Neo, can it be morning now? Because both DarkClan and EclipseClan's timezones are morning.
IC: "I have no Clan and no intentions to help those fools. Now come to think about it, it will be easier if you DeathClan cats just do the jobs for me. " Barker meowed slyly, too arrogant to notice who the hostility of the DeathClan cats was actually directed to. Although he didn't care a bit if Brock die or not, the sandy ex-Clancat still sympathized Brock a little. Sucks for him, but what he said is right. Tsk. I do need his help to take down EclipseClan. To Wartalon Barker shouted loud enough in a demanding yowl, "Make sure it is dark enough! "
"Oh, look at the time. I must be on my way now to DarkClan. As smart as you think I am, I, too, have future plans to drive out my unfriendly neighbors. " meowed him dramatically in a silky voice, pacing in staggering steps on purpose around the two remaining cats.

OOC: It's nighttime now again. What's the Brock or rogues' plans now after DeathClan's attack on EclipseClan and sending adders down on DarkClan camp? You created the Slums, so is there any place that they haven't been to? ^^

Name:Holly Age:16 Moons Gender:Female Personality:Holly once was a nice friendly loner who often visited friends in a forest nearby. Now she lost all of her confidence in the people and it takes a lot before she finally can trust you completely. She can be very loyal though and she's very strong and fierce. She won't hesitate in the moment of the attack, because it shows weakness. She doesn't want them to bully her like people used to do and so she learned fighting and killing are the only way to get what she wants, which makes her one of the best fighters ever. She isn't a well hunter since she hasn't got enough patience to stalk prey. She'll just run into the animals and scare them away. Description:Kin:Unknown Crush:Open (whoever wants to ) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OOC: Ok I won't just pop in somewhere, I think it's best someone finds me and brings me to Brock or something like that. IC: Holly was looking into a fallen garbage cans, sniffing and hoping she'd smell something she could eat. She hadn't eaten something fresh any more since last moon, and she hoped she'd find some meat. The Upwalkers threw away food very often, Holly didn't understand that but she was glad they did. Still, she had to be very careful. Once when Upwalkers caught her drinking a white waterlike substance which reminded her of her mother but tasted pretty rare, they ran out of their Upwalker nest and screamed and yelled at her. They ran to her and threw stones at her, which made scars and itched for a very long time. Luckily they weren't able to hurt her very badly because she quickly ran away. Holly smelled fish and let her paws search for it. She quickly glanced around and saw an Upwalker who was staring at her, so she knew she had to be quick. Holly saw the fishbone, bit in it and ran away. She jumped into a tree twolegs had planted there and started to chew on the fishbone.
